mag.contribution.v1:<handle>:<kind>:<title>:<artifact-url>:<unix-ms>POST the matching fields, summary, reproduction_steps, and signature to /api/contributions. Host patches and evidence at an HTTPS artifact URL. Never submit credentials or private keys.
